Dear Gentlemen,

This glossary lists the few words and terms in the english sexual jargon of sex workers. The most experienced of you probably already know it by heart. For most beginners, this is an excellent starting point for a better understanding of the sexual terminology used in this „milieu“. This list is not exhaustive, it only contains the most commonly used and least obvious words, which are not always so easy to understand without a short explanation. There are of course many others!

A-Level : Also called „Greek“, it refers to Anal Sex.

Aftercare : It is a sexual practice that everyone should be doing, whether you're having kinky sex or vanilla sex. It's a term created by the kink community and simply means checking in with your partner(s) after sex to make sure all parties felt good and safe about what just went down and taking care of one another emotionally and physically. This can mean cuddling, bringing ice to the submissive partners if there are any spanking bruises, and talking about what you liked or what you didn't like. It really just means checking in post-sex, and if anything did happen that one or all parties felt weird about, making sure it doesn't happen the next time.

BJ : Blowjob

BBW : Big beautiful women - Big beautiful woman is a term used, typically by people who fetishize large partners, to refer to women of larger than average size. There is no definitive size criteria for what constitutes a big beautiful woman. The term is often applied to women ranging from morbidly obese to slightly overweight. The term is frequently abbreviated as BBW.

BDSM : Bondage domination submission and masochism

Blue Pill : Vigara

Butt Plug : An anal sex toy shaped like a teardrop meant to be placed or “plugged” into one’s butthole.

Caviar : Also known „Scat“. This practice involves poo, excretion.

CBT : Cock and Ball Torture. A dominatrix inflicts pain on a man genitals, through the use of ropes, whips, or even chastity devices.

CIM/ BBBJTC : Cum In Mouth / BareBack Blow Job To Completion. Two different acronyms for the same gesture of blowing your love-shake into someone else’s gob.

Cougar : A cougar refers to an older woman who seeks sexual relationships with younger men. She is often associated with the MILF (Mother I'd Like to Fuck), although there are differences, mostly based on a woman's level of attractiveness and age. Some people refer to any older woman who has a relationship with a younger man as a cougar, even when she is not actively seeking sexual attention from others.

Cowgirl : A sex position where you have your legs on the outside of your partner’s hips and face them.

Creampie : Is when semen visibly drips out of a vagina or anus after ejaculation during sex.

Cross-Dressing : The act of one dressing up as the gender that they do not normally find themselves living as.

Cuckhold : Generally, a wife, engages in sexual activities with another male whilst her husband watches.

Cunnilingus : A fancy word that means oral sex when performed on a woman. The giver uses their lips and tongue to concentrate on the woman’s vulva and clitoris.

Daddy : In the world of BDSM, a daddy is a dominant male who takes on the role of a father-like figure. While daddies are often very domineering and authoritative, they are also usually very protective, much like a real father would be. This type of dominant figure in BDSM is most recognized in daddy and little girl relationships, where the little girls are actually adult women playing a role. During this type of age play, adult women may dress and behave just like little girls.

DFK : Deep French Kiss (Kiss with the tongue)

Dirty Talk : Talking about sex acts with your partner in an explicit, arousing way before or while engaging in sex acts.

Doggy/ Doggy style : Partner on hands and knees, taking from behind

Domination : The “D” in BDSM stands for domination (and submission). Someone who is a dominant receives pleasure from using tactics like humiliation, name-calling, bondage, and orgasm control (or denial) to dominate and discipline their partner. The partner, then, receives pleasure from consensually submitting.

Dominatrix/ Domina : Although less common than the term Mistress, Domina is a popular title in the kink and BDSM scene. It is used to refer to a female Dominant partner.

DP : Double penetration - The women is being penetrated simultaneous in the vagina and in the anus.

DT : Deep throat - A blow job technique where the giver puts as much of the penis into their mouth as they can (sometimes the whole penis) which can sometimes cause gagging or even vomiting.

Escort/ Escort Girl : An escort is the more acceptable and legally vague term for sex worker. It is a person who provides escort services, which may or may not include sexual services.

Face-sitting : When a woman or man dangles their genitals over their partner’s mouth to receive oral sex.

Facial : When referring to the sex definition of a facial, it’s when a penis-haver ejaculates semen onto their partner’s face.

Fingering : When someone uses their fingers to stimulate their partner’s clitoris and/or vagina in order to bring them to orgasm, or to be used as foreplay.

Fisting : Fisting is when one partner inserts their entire hand or fist into the other partner's vagina (or anus, for the highly talented). If you want to try it, go slow and use plenty of lub. The fister can also wear a latex glove to keep things extra sanitary and help the hand slide into the orifice. And as with any sex act, enthusiastic consent and in-the-moment communication are key to enjoyment by all parties. However, note that very few Escorts are into this.

FK : French Kiss (Kiss on the lips)

Foot Fetish : A sexual interest in feet. A person with a foot fetish may be aroused by touching, licking, rubbing, kissing, sucking, and massaging of feet.

Foot Job : Similar to hand job, but involves using feet rather than hands to rub and stimulate a partner’s penis.

FBSM : Full body sensual massage

FIV :  Finger in Vagina

GFE : Girlfriend Experience - It’s everything you’d do with your partner, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, whatever. It’s the basics; it’s hugging, kissing, licking, blow jobs, hand jobs, oral, penetration.

Golden Shower : Also called “water sports” and refers to a sex act involving urine. This can mean peeing on your partner, in front of your partner, near your partner, or having your partner pee on/near/in front of you.

Hand Job : Using your hand to stimulate someone’s penis until orgasm.

Hobbyist : An active customers or prostitutes and Escorts who often shares his experiences with other customers on specialized forum websites.

Lube : Lubricant does for sex what does butter for most foods: make it better. For many, lube can be the difference between friction-filled, dry, painful sex and a pleasurable experience. There are three main types of lubricant: silicone, oil, and water-based. Silicone-based is generally recommended for anal-sex (but it may stain the sheets), and water-based is recommended for other forms of penetration. If you’re using a silicone sex toy, water-based lube is a must because silicone-based lube will break down the toy over time. Oil-based is great for foreplay and massaging, but otherwise consider shelving it since oil degrades latex and thus can make safe-sex tools less effective.

Masochism : Masochism refers to the “M” of BDSM. Masochism is a kink term for experiencing pleasure from being in pain, be it physical or emotional. Many submissives and others who enjoy being on the receiving end of impact often identify as masochists, sexually speaking.

MILF : An acronym that stands for “Mom I’d Like to Fuck.” Term often used to describe a mature Escort ( who is usually over 40).

MSOG : Multiple Shots On Goal, also Multiple Pops. The ASP allows you the opportunity to climax (to ejaculate) more than once during the session.

NSA : No Strings Attached – It is a phrase used to describe a situation in which something is done with no additional conditions attached. Most commonly, this phrase is applied to a favor done where no reciprocation is expected. It is also used to describe a relationship that is exclusively sexual in nature.

NSFW : Not safe for work

Outcall : Outcall refers to when an escort comes to the client rather than the client coming to the location of the escort. Some escorts or escort services operate on an outcall only basis. This is the opposite of an incall.

OWO : OralWithOut (Blowjob without condom)

P4P : Pay for Play. Refers to the concept of paying for sex.

Pearl Necklace : Man ejaculates on woman’s neck and/or chest, trying to produce a white ‘decoration’.

Pegging/Strap-on : Where a women, wearing a strap on penetrates a male partner.

Pillow Princess/Queen : Someone who likes to lie back and let their boo do most of the physical work during sex. Inother words, a girl (or a man) who is not active at all in bed but rather passive/lazy.

Pimp : A person (generally a man) who solicits clients for a prostitute.

Polyamory : The practice of having multiple romantic partners.

Pussy : Pussy is a slang term for a woman's vagina. It is also used to describe men who are deemed as not conforming to traditional male roles and attitudes. The two usages are socially unacceptable and should be avoided. Using the term 'pussy' reflects sexist and discriminatory attitudes toward women and personality differences.

PSE : Pornstar Experience - A term used to describe a sexual encouter where the partner exibited certain porn-like characteristics.

Punter : A british slang for „Hobbyist“.

Quickie : Speedy, rushed sex, often without foreplay or cuddling.

Review : A critical evaluation of a provider. May include information on her looks, attitude and service.

Rimming : Also called a rim job or analingus; it refers to oral sex involving mouth-to-anus contact.

RO : Reverse oral  (going down on your Escort)

R.O.B : „Rip Of Bitch“ - Individuals posing as providers take the money and run without providing any services

Role Play : Acting out sexual fantasies in a specific scenario, where participants are assigned roles: dog,  owner, nurse, patient, teacher, student, police officer, secretary…

Rough Sex : Basically the opposite of “making love.” Refers to any sort of S&M (sadistic and masochistic) sexual activity. The definition of “rough” varies person to person, so there’s no hard and fast rule here. Talk to your partner about what they define “rough” as if you’re going to experiment with consensual rough sex.

Shemale : Transsexual, particularly one who is living as a woman, but hasn’t had a surgery (still has his penis).

Semi-Pro : An escort whose main source of income is something other than escorting.

Sexting : Sexting is the the act of sending sexually explicit messages or images via cellphone or text message. It is much like phone sex except that rather than speak over the phone, partners communicate via text and images. The term combines the words "sex" and "texting" and is less commonly called sex texting.

Snowbowling : A sexual act where a penis-haver ejaculates into their partner’s mouth, then open-mouth kisses their partner, passing the semen back and forth into each other’s mouths.

Squirting : When fluid comes out of a woman’s vagina, often accompanying orgasm.

SP : Service Provider (another term for Escort, Escort Girl)

Spanish : Also called „Russian“. Penis between her breasts.

Spanking : The act of repeatly slapping that booty with one's open hand.

Submission/Submissive : In BDSM, giving freely of oneself for the pleasures of others, subordinating oneself (with agreed upon limits).

Swallowing : Referring to a woman swallowing a man’s sperm

Swingers : Individuals or couples who enjoy engaging in sexual acts with different partners

Tease and Denial : Also known as erotic denial, orgasm denial. A mild sexual torture in which a high state of sexual arousal is maintained for an extended time without climax (ejaculating).

Threesome : When three people have sex with each other simultaneously.

TS – Transgender : Identifying with a gender that differs from the sex you were assigned at birth. For example, trans women are people who may have male anatomy and been assigned male at birth and identify as women.

Vanilla-Sex : If you think “vanilla” is synonymous with “boring,” well, you are wrong. “Vanilla is a flavor of sex—not a lack of flavor”. “Vanilla-Sex is sex that lacks kink,” but that doesn’t mean it lacks potential for pleasure or fun. In other words, „Vanilla-Sex is sweet, soft sex. Plain genital sex without any extras.“

Verbal humiliation/abuse : Issuing insults and negative epithets to produce belittlement, from which excitement and/or arousal can be obtained.

Voyeur : A voyeur refers to an individual that receives sexual gratification from watching or viewing individuals performing sexual activities. Typically, voyeurs enjoy watching from a hidden area, or secret vantage point from which the individual(s) being watched are unaware. This, however, is not only illegal, but also a violation of the consent of those being watched.

Wanker : A wanker is an individual that masturbates, literally referring to one who wanks.

WG : Working Girl (also used for prostitute, Escort).
